I've been waiting for this for quite some time - my college prep chemistry classes are starting their first unit menu today! I am so excited! It's been over a year since I've done one with students in-person. There's nothing like hearing the excitement and collaboration over the activities on the menus. This year though, I'm switching things up a bit with how I introduce the concept of a learning while utilizing a menu. In this video, I'll share the changes I've made to encourage students buy-in while engaging with unit menus.
