Job Description:
Are you tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting educational content creators? I am seeking a Virtual Assistant to join my team. As a vital member of my company, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks requiring excellent computer skills, effective communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail. On the job training will be provided specifically related to copyright infringement.
Responsibilities:

Teacher Support: Assist teachers with accessing and utilizing digital resources for classroom use. Respond to emails promptly and professionally, addressing inquiries from teachers, content creators, and other stakeholders. Maintain clear and concise communication through written and verbal channels.

Copyright Enforcement: Monitor digital platforms for potential copyright infringements. Prepare and submit takedown requests in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Social Media Campaigns: Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and Google Ads. Monitor and analyze performance metrics across social media platforms (e.g., engagement rates, reach, impressions, CTR). Generate biweekly reports summarizing key findings and insights. Identify trends and audience behaviors to inform marketing strategies. Provide recommendations for content optimization based on data.

Graphic Design (not required, but is a plus!): Create visually appealing advertisements and promotional materials for educational products, events, and initiatives. Utilize graphic design software and tools to develop engaging content that effectively communicates key messages.
Qualifications:

Degree or certification in a related field or equivalent practical experience.

Proficiency in computer skills, including but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite, internet browsers, and digital communication tools.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.

Marketing campaign design experience.

Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva) or equivalent tools is a plus!
