Over the years, I have found myself in the unique role of mentoring new teachers and coaching experienced teachers.  This has truly developed into a passion of mine.  No matter where you are in your teaching career, we all have things that we strive to improve.  If your goal is to improve your instruction, assessment strategies, classroom management, or even strengthen your chemistry content knowledge, it would be my pleasure to work with you.
