We're back from our holiday break... and back to virtual instruction. It's tough coming to terms with being thrown into virtual teaching again. Within a day I could already feel such a sense of hopelessness from both students and colleagues. Fortunately I was able to teach from school, which is good because home renovations aren't conducive to holding live Google Meets! As much as it was hard to go back to teaching like this, it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. I think a lot of it has to do with my daily check-ins/check-outs that I implemented this week.
